2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

The District is lying within Sections 22, 23, 26 and 27, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida located west of I-95 and east of Glades Cut-Off Road (S.R. 709) and the F.E.C. Railroad.
Drainage divides Commerce Centre Drive and related intersection improvements, perimeter berms, culverts, control structures, lakes and stormwater canals.
